You can download WOT add-on for Google Chrome from here. To install the add-on, you will have to download the latest Dev build of Google Chrome.

If you are using beta version of Chrome, you can try using the Channel Changer to install the latest dev build.

Remember that, like any other extensions for Chrome, this extension also requires a recent dev-channel version of Chrome (≥ 4.0.220.1).

As the Chrome extension system is still in development stage, there may be bugs and problems, so if you choose to use this extension, you do so at your own risk. (via)
