Downloading YouTube video is not a big matter. There are different ways to facilitate it, such as browser add-on, software, online tools, and manual method. Here is a very simple way to download YouTube video (in MP4 and FLV format) without any add-on or software tool. Just read below to know how that is.

You can use any browser for this purpose. The only requirement is Java Runtime installed in your system. If not installed, you can download it from here.

1. Open a video that you want to download on YouTube
2. Click on the browser address bar, and replace the word youtube to voobys and hit enter key.

3. You’ll be asked to run Java. Allow Java to run.

4. Four download video options will be displayed. Click any one to download the video. Version 4 is HD video (720p/1020p - MP4), and Version 1, 2 and 3 is FLV video (240p – 480p).
