BitDefender TrafficLight Prevents Malware Infection via Internet

TrafficLight (beta) is a new security product from BitDefender designed to help people keep out of dangerous websites and prevents distribution of viruses via web pages and social networking sites. TrafficLight includes an advanced fishing filter, ad blocker, malware filter and search result analyzer.

It uses intelligence provided by BitDefender Cloud services to flag malware and phishing attempts in search results from Google, Bing or Yahoo. It also checks links in popular social network platforms and blocks them if they are suspect.

TrafficLight works with virtually any Windows-compatible browser and is very intuitive. It will not add any button or toolbar on your browser and no configurations are needed.
