A 3D anaglyph image is nothing but two images of the same subject superimposed over each other with a slightly different perspective using two contrasting colors. Anaglyph Maker is a tiny application that lets you creates anaglyph image (a 3D image for red-blue glasses) and interleave image (3D image for LC-shutter glasses) using two identical images.

Run Anaglyph Maker (no installation needed) and load two identical photos (the app provides two sample images that you can use for testing). Then select the anaglyph image you would like to make, for example, red –blue, red –green, etc. Then click on “Make 3D Image” button.


The converted anaglyph image will be displayed in the right pane of the program. The image can be adjusted (brightness, contrast and alignment) according to your preferences. The image can be previewed using a stereo 3D spectacles, which uses a red and cyan filters.
