Search Internet Without Being Tracked by Search Engines and Your ISP

Want to search internet without being tracked by search engines and your ISPs? Disconnect Search is an excellent add-on for Chrome and Firefox which lets you search Google, Bing and Yahoo without your queries being tracked. It even prevents your ISP from seeing what you are doing on internet.

Disconnect Search lets you search privately from your browser’s address bar and its own search box. It is a specialized VPN service that lets you search privately using your favorite search engine. It will not log your search queries, IP addresses, or any other personal information.

You can install the “Disconnect Search” add-on from developer’s website. Once installed restart your browser and it’ll add a button to the address bar. Click this button and choose your search engine (Google, Bing, Yahoo, Duckduckgo) to search privately.

You can also search privately right from your browser’s address bar. To do so, click Disconnect Search icon and under “Search privately from” check the box “Your address bar”.

You can also privately search from search engine’s home page by enabling the option “search engine websites”.

Disconnect Search is certainly a very useful add-on for those who want to search privately. Chrome and Firefox users can install the add-on from here.
