TransApp is a freeware program that lets you enhance your Windows XP operating system by giving transparency to almost every visible window of your running applications (applications that appears on the taskbar). You can also make your Windows XP taskbar transparent at a desirable level. Usage of this program is simple. Download (1.3Mb) and install the program. Run it and select an application that you are currently running (for example My Computer) from the program’s window. Adjust the desired transparency level from 0 to 90%.
Remember to refresh the application list when you running another program.
Similarly, you can also set the taskbar transparency level from 0 to 90% by clicking on taskbar icon from the program
