Windows XP Update Remover: Removes Windows update backup files and trouble causing updates

Windows XP Update Remover is a free utility designed to remove unnecessary backup files created after every Windows updates (patches). You can also remove any updates that cause trouble to you after an update. Every updates or security fixes to your system create a folder containing backup files.

These folders have names like "$NtUninstall..." and are highlighted in blue. These unnecessary folders occupy your valuable disk space and are normally difficult to remove, because they are referred to by links in the Registry.

This is where Windows XP Update Remover comes in. It makes clean removal of these folders easy. Just select an update from the list, read the information about it to see what it is, and then click Remove backup folder.

Windows XP Update Remover can also uninstall Windows updates as well. If you suspect that your computer has problems after an update, you can uninstall it. The program displays a warning before allowing you to proceed. Download Windows XP Update Remover

Disable automatic Meta refresh/redirect of websites in browser for security reasons[how to]

Generally speaking, Meta refresh is a method used by some websites to instruct a web browser to automatically refresh/redirect the current web page after a given time interval.
