Create thousands of folders quickly based on your rules

Creating a large number of new folders manually in Windows is time consuming and frustrating. If you have such situations, here is a freeware tool, New Folder Wizard that can help you create thousands of folders with a single click. You only need to enter the number of folders required, at which directory, prefix and suffix text.

New Folder Wizard requires no installation, just run it and creates folders (up to 20000). The only pre requisite is .Net frame work 2 for windows XP (Vista and Windows 7 already have it).

Use custom prefix and/or suffix along with custom folder names coming from a text file. Built-in preview functionality lets you preview all of your new folders before you commit to creating them.

Use a text file for your directory names. Simply open up a text editor, type in all the directory names you want and use that text file as the source for your new folders. No more right clicking > New > Folder over and over in Windows.

Therefore, the question here is how to restore a USB flash drive to its full capacity.

Disable automatic Meta refresh/redirect of websites in browser for security reasons[how to]

Generally speaking, Meta refresh is a method used by some websites to instruct a web browser to automatically refresh/redirect the current web page after a given time interval. You can see this type of refresh/redirect especially in media sites. This is some times annoying or can be used for malicious purposes by redirecting you to a malicious site. If you don’t like this feature, you can disable this in your browser. Here is how to disable this in Internet Explore/Chrome, Firefox and Opera. Internet Explorer: Go to Tools - Internet options - Security tab - Custom Level button - Miscellaneous category - set "Allow Meta refresh" to Disable. Firefox: Go to Tools - Options - Advanced - General - Accessibility and tick the option next to ‘Warn me when web sites try to redirect or reload the page’. Alternatively you can use extension RefreshBlocker . Opera: Go to Preferences - Advanced - Network and uncheck "Enable automatic redirection".
