Most of you might already know what is thumbs.db file (thumbnail database) in Windows? This is a hidden system file created by Windows to speed up the thumbnail view of an image in folders.

Even if the original image has been deleted, the thumbnail cache still stores details about the image like when the image was saved, its names and storage locations.
