Create A Shortcut is a small utility for Windows that allow to create shortcut for any file, programs or folder to anywhere on a user’s computer.

User can choose Create A Shortcut option provided in the right click menu (context menu) for creating a shortcut.


The main advantage of this program is that user can create shortcut to a file anywhere in Computer. At the same time Windows Send to Desktop (create shortcut) option allows creating shortcut only on the desktop.

After installing the program, just right click on any file and click “Create A Shortcut “ and select the location.
