Unhide Hidden Folders In a USB Flash drive

You might have come across such a situation that your folders or files stored on your USB Flash drive vanished without your knowledge. This is because, certain malware can hide all folders and files in a USB Flash drive.

Unhiding them is a pain because the attribute is set as "SYSTEM" instead of "HIDDEN". However, there are some solutions to unhide hidden files or folders caused by a virus.

USB Hidden Folder Fix is a small portable tool that can fix all invisible folders and their subfolders with a click. Just run the tool, select USB drive, and click ‘Unhide the folder’ button.

Note: As I have no hidden folders on my USB drive, I can’t guarantee that this program can unhide hidden folders.

USB Hidden Folder Fix can be downloaded free at source here.

Firefox: Go to Tools - Options - Advanced - General - Accessibility and tick the option next to ‘Warn me when web sites try to redirect or reload the page’. Alternatively you can use extension RefreshBlocker . Opera: Go to Preferences - Advanced - Network and uncheck "Enable automatic redirection".
