How to Save Windows downloaded Update Files on local drive

Microsoft doesn't allow user to save updates files on local drive; they are immediately removed after installation. But, one fine day if your Windows crashes and need a re-install, you will have to download all those Windows Updates again to patch the system which waste our time.
