Simple tool for enabling or disabling MS Office add-ins

Sunday, May 17, 2009

This may be one of the most beneficial tools for MS Office users (Office 2003/2007). EnableDisable is a simple, freeware tool that lets you enable and disable MS Office add-ins (Word, Access and Outlook add-ins) with just one mouse click.

Disabling add-ins might be useful if your Office programs are running slow with the add-ins installed, you can disable them when you are not using them and enable when using.

The program is extremely simple to use, just install and run the program, it will list all installed add-ons for MS Office with a check box against each. Check the box that you want or uncheck the add-in that you don’t need.
