Firefox 3.6 Beta Now Available for Download
The wait for the first Beta build of Firefox 3.6 is over. Mozilla has finally released Firefox 3.6 Beta 1 for download. This version is faster and more responsive than previous versions, and has been optimized to run on small device operating systems such as Windows CE and Maemo. Firefox 3.6 Beta is built on Mozilla's Gecko 1.9.2 web rendering platform, which has been under development for several months and contains many improvements for web developers, Add-on developers and users. However I think this version has no Windows7 jumplist feature as expected. This first revision of the Beta of Firefox 3.6 / Gecko 1.9.2 introduces several new features: Remember most Add-ons may not be compatible with Firefox 3.6 Beta. If you wish to test your Add-ons, please also download and install the Add-on Compatibility Reporter or use this tips. Download Firefox 3.6 Beta 1 here (US en) / Other Languages.
