Get real time system info on your desktop

DesktopInfo is a tiny, portable tool that can display relevant information about your computer in real time on your desktop's background.

This tool is similar to BGInfo from Microsoft, but I think the working of DesktopInfo is smoother than BGInfo.

This tool is useful, if for example, if you manage multiple computers and want to know important aspects of its configuration occasionally like IP address, OS version, etc.

The program requires very little memory and nearly zero CPU power. The tool does not require any installation, unzip and run the exe file.

The program has no GUI. Just right click on the desktop to close or configure (font, color, etc) the tool.

The program works on Windows7, Vista and XP. You can download DesktopInfo from here. Program’s home page.
