Fix for BitLocker Enabled Computer that Hangs on Shutdown

There is a problem that BitLocker enabled machine that is running Windows 7 (Ultimate and Enterprise) or Windows Server 2008 R2 may stops responding when shutting down.
And also, the operating system seems to have already shut down, and the screen turns black. However the computer does not turn off completely. Its fan and other devices are still turned on.
