Remove Old Driver Leftovers From Your PC

If you have recently upgraded your hardware and installed new drivers, it is necessary to properly remove old driver leftovers from your computer. (This article show you how to view and uninstall old drivers)

  1. Use the official uninstaller(s) of the driver(s) you want to uninstall.

    You are right,one should always create a backup (http://www.jkwebtalks.com/2009/03/how-to-back-up-and-reuse-drivers-in.html)before deleting an old driver file.
