Ultra Fast Cloud Based Malware Scanner From a-squared

MalAware is an ultra fast cloud based malware scanner from Emsisoft (a-squared Anti-Malware) that scans your PC for malware and inform you.

The basic idea behind this free tool, according to the company is to build a lightweight tool (below 1Mb) and provide a fastest possible malware scanner (less than a minute).

Although MalAware has included basic known malware signature files, most scans are done in the cloud (required active internet connection). So it can achieve a similar accuracy as a-squared Anti-Malware.

However, remember that MalAware only detects threats, in order to remove the threats you need a-squared Anti-Malware.

MalAware is a portable tool (no installation required) and runs on Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 ( 32 bit and 64 bit editions).

[Please note that MalAware performs a very fast scanning and may therefore not wholly give information on whether the PC is possibly infected in system areas outside the scanned]. Download MalAware
