Email large files via Firefox

Ever wished you could send all your vacation videos to your friends instead of only sending a few photographs? If yes, then check this Firefox add-on ArunaSend. This plug-in allows you to quickly upload and send a large file to anyone with an email address.

ArunaSend is a hosting service that lets store large files (up to 100Mb) temporarily for free. So that, the users can easily shares their files with others with in a specific time period.

The Firefox extension ArunaSend adds a button at the status bar. When you right click on it opens the preferences where enter email address you want to send the file to. Then click Browse and select the file (100Mb max) you want to send.

Now click send. You will be provided with a link to your file, which will be valid for 7 days. Your recipient will also be sent the link via email.

ArunaSend works with Firefox 1.5 – 3.5.
