How to search individual keys faster in Windows registry?

In Windows many helpful settings can be made only by using the registry editor, but the process of navigating through the registry to find individual keys is very laborious. RegEditX is a freeware program which makes your registry editing more productive than ever.
The application extends the standard Windows registry by providing the new functions. For example to find a key like this - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\EMDMgmt, you only need to enter (Ctrl + V) the key in the address bar of the tool. This additional address bar is very helpful when you want to copy paths to registry key from other documents or from web sites. You can enter these directly by using the short cut key CTRL +V. While doing so the tool automatically removes spaces and immediately takes you to the right location in the registry.
After installation change the allocation of the buttons (usually configured this for the paid version Registry crawler). To do that , run the application, click on RegEditX select ‘Options’, change the options for ‘Find Button’ to ‘RegEditX Find’, and ‘Favorites Button’ to regEditX Add favorite’ and click OK to save. Now use the application.

If you don’t like this feature, you can disable this in your browser. Here is how to disable this in Internet Explore/Chrome, Firefox and Opera. Internet Explorer: Go to Tools - Internet options - Security tab - Custom Level button - Miscellaneous category - set "Allow Meta refresh" to Disable. Firefox: Go to Tools - Options - Advanced - General - Accessibility and tick the option next to ‘Warn me when web sites try to redirect or reload the page’. Alternatively you can use extension RefreshBlocker . Opera: Go to Preferences - Advanced - Network and uncheck "Enable automatic redirection".
