Pixia -A Painting Tool Exclusively For Full Color Graphics

Pixia is the English version of a popular Japanese painting and retouching software for full color graphics by Isao Maruoka.

It is free software, which has layer, mask, transparency channel, various filters and has many other graphic editing tools. It also has good photo retouching functions, which are good for photographic editors.
