Completely wipe out deleted files to ensure your privacy

Just by deleting a file or folder or emptying Recycle Bin, the files and folders are not gone forever. Anyone can easily recover it through commonly available software. Completely deleting sensitive file is a necessary to keep your privacy, for example, when you donate or resell your computer to others.

Prevent Restore is a free program that ensure your privacy by completely deleting all files that you already deleted form your computer. The main purpose of Prevent Restore (version 1.6) software is to make deleted files and folders unrecoverable. It uses several security algorithms like random characters, digits, spaces and Gutmann (available with paid version only) for this purpose.

The software will overwrite all free space on your hard disk that can contain fragments of deleted files to avoid any possibility of recovery. While writing “Prevent Restore” fills out information to the end of each cluster, leaving no chance to restore it.

The main advantage of this software is its easiness to use. Its wizard like interface makes anybody to use this program quite easily with out any problem; you only need to follow the screen instructions.
