Eyes Relax prevents eye strain from using computer long hours

Working on a computer for hours creates many problems like eyestrain, light sensitivity problems, etc. One of the recommended solutions for such problems is taking a short rest break from the computer monitor every hour. Eyes Relax is one such free tool that reminds you about rest-time and save your eyesight. This is an ideal tool for people who sit long hours in front of a computer monitor.

You can customize the duration of your work time and length of breaks (in minutes). During the break time you may exercise your eyes - look away or look at distant objects, etc. You can also password protect the program from disabling the ‘break’- useful for protecting children who plays video games much too long time, forcing them to take breaks.
