Returnil Virtual System 2008 Personal Edition now with more features

Returnil Virtual System (RVS) is a powerful virtualization technology for windows that doesn’t let anything affect the windows installation drive. Through the virtualization technology, it creates a theoretical layer over the main (C) drive. If enable the RVS, any changes on ‘C’ drive will be automatically saved only in this layer and will be automatically erased up on the next reboot. So RVS can easily prevent malware and spyware programs, because any changes made to the system are automatically erased when you restart the computer.

This is a great tool for those who want to try different software on their PC.

The new version (2.01) comes with many new features. One of the main features is File Protection - This new feature will allow the user to selectively protect files and folders on alternate partitions. Further, the user can also specify the entire partition or drive (extra internal drive, USB drives, IEEE drives, etc).
