Trend Micro's Free and Fast Cloud-based Antivirus Scanner

Trend Micro’s HouseCall 7.0 is a major redesign of their popular free online (browser independent scanner) virus and malware scanner.

This cloud based (delivers immediate detection without needing a large signature database) anti-virus scanner checks key areas of the system used by malware programs. It also checks for malicious browser plug-ins, rootkits, and other auto-run executables.

HouseCall 7.0 (currently beta) has a new user interface, and streamlined processes resulting in shorter scan times. It provides a quick and easy check for threats regardless of the protection status of your existing security solution.
