The upcoming Firefox browser (3.6) comes with some added features, for example the visual tab switching. By just pressing Ctrl + Tab key, you will get most recently used 9 tabs as a visual preview (Firefox 3.6 alfa1) and you can directly change the tab you want. (There is a similar add-on for previous versions)
Moreover the visual tabs preview includes a search bar to look for keywords among tab titles which is useful if you have more tabs.
To enable tab preview, you may want to set browser.ctrlTab.previews to true via about:config.
For the new behavior, that is, instead of moving to the next tab in the tab bar, you can also move to the previously used tab, set browser.ctrlTab.mostRecentlyUsed to true.[via]

Sounds Quite Interesting. May I know when Firefox 3.6 is releasing?
