If you’re using Office 2007, there is a small plug-in from Microsoft called SaveAsPDFandXPS, which enables you to have Save as PDF file option in Office 2007.
To add this plug-in, download (930Kb) it from Microsoft and install it. It will add a new item (PDF or XPS) to the Save As option.
