Computer Resource Monitor: Memory Watch

MemoryWatch is a small tool to view memory usage (physical memory and virtual memory usage) of your computer and if the usage crosses the limit this tool will notify you about it. This is useful, for example, if you’re running memory intensive applications simultaneously, you can shut down less important one for smooth operation of other program, if your PC's memory usage is too high.

Moreover, you can also see free disk space and page file usage of your computer. You can set the refresh interval and usage warning limit and minimize it to system tray when not used.

MemoryWatch works on Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. Interested readers can download it at source.
