As its name implies, the Wi-Fi Network Backup Manager lets you backup your Wi-Fi Network SSID and password into an XML file. You can use this file to transfer your Wi-Fi network profile to a new computer.

I think Wi-Fi Network Backup Manager can be useful for network administrators who have multiple computers using a wireless connection, because, he does not need to run on every system to configure the Wi-Fi settings.
