If you are looking a way to monitor and control your PC remotely via your mobile phone (iPhone, Android or Windows Mobile) or from another computer or web browser, here is a simple application called PC Monitor to help you.

PC Monitor lets you see CPU usage, free RAM, computer uptime, running services, processes, logged in users and you can control processes, services, scheduled tasks, log off users, shutdown, restart or hibernate the PC in question.
