EyeLeo Reminds You to Take Short Breaks From Computer Monitor

When you are working at a computer, it is easy to forget about time. As a result, if you spend long hours looking at computer monitor it may create eyestrain and other physical problems. Taking a short rest break from the computer monitor at a fixed time interval and eye exercise are suggested remedy for such problems. EyeLeo is a handy PC application that regularly reminds you to take short breaks for your eyes.


EyeLeo is a simple to use, free application for Windows and it supports multi monitors. After installation, you can set the time for break from EyeLeo settings menu. For example, you can set one hour for long break and ten minute for short break.


When the time for a long break comes, it will lock the screen as per your setting, for example 5 minutes, for rest.

When the time for a short break comes, it will display as shown above and ask you eye exercises.
